Watersmeet, Rickmansworth is excited to announce EastEnders and Dancing on Ice star Sam Attwater joins the cast of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs this Christmas.
Sam trained at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London and first appeared on screen as Ricky in Hollyoaks in 2009, The following year he joined the cast of EastEnders and its first online spin-off show E20 as Leon Small. He went straight from the Square to the rink, joining the line-up for the 6th series of ITV’s Dancing on Ice in 2011 – winning the show that year and he was also invited back for the Champion of Champions series in 2014.
Sam made his West End debut as Norman in Dreamboats and Petticoats, followed by the iconic role of Brad Majors in the 40th anniversary tour of Richard O’Brien’s Rocky Horror Picture Show and as Adam Pontipee in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (UK tour) to name but a few!
As well as musicals, Sam has played his fair share of pantomime princes and heroes! This will be his 10th panto appearance, this time as Prince Simon – our dashing hero with adventure and romance on his mind. The panto takes us on an exciting adventure to meet the fairest of all damsels in distress, a Wicked Queen with a jealous streak, a magic mirror who always tells the truth and, not forgetting, seven friendly dwarfs!
From the team behind last year’s spectacular Beauty and the Beast, expect a show bursting with all the ingredients of a classic fairy tale pantomime, live music, colourful sets plus plenty of comedy, fun and laughter.
