Production and Backstage roles

We are currently looking to recruit Deputy Stage Managers for:
Jack and the Beanstalk” at the King’s Lynn Corn Exchange, Norfolk
Cinderella” at the Wyllyotts Theatre, Potters Bar, Herts
Applicant should have experience cuing to music (not necessarily score reading though), and experience calling a busy show. This will involve calling flys, pyrotechnics, scene changes, lighting, and sound.
There will be a few Company Management duties including petty cash and some pastoral care with support from the main office. The main office takes care of payroll, scheduling and everything to do with pre-production.
The show involves live music with a band and MD, a company of professional actors and two teams of children (fully chaperoned). There is an Assistant Stage Manager, a wardrobe department and venue crew including venue Stage Manager who will run the deck.
This role would suit an experienced DSM looking to get into Company Management.
We would especially welcome applications from those that are based within a commutable distance from our venues.
