What does it mean if I am on the reserve team?

The reserve team is a team that will not be performing but will be on standby in case anyone else is unable to perform. We will ask for your details and if anyone drops out from either the blue or red team, we will swap you in. Whilst there is no guarantee you will end up performing, we do have times where others have had to drop out. Please do not be disheartened if you get cast on the reserve team, sometimes there are just other factors that we have had to consider. The reserve team will know by the end of November if they are required to perform or not.
